  • Makes all necessary contacts with contracting agencies, Support Coordinators, group homes, parents/guardians, crew site managers, contracts and other individuals to maintain efficient and effective service.
  • Organizes and maintains records such as Individual Progress reports and completes required report in a timely manner.
  • Prepares for and participates in external Medicaid Audits and internal Compliance Audits.
  • Makes requests for equipment and supplies and maintains inventory and accountability of agency property.
  • May substitute for staff in case of an emergency or absence.
  • Conducts staff meetings and/or Consumer Advisory meeting on a regular basis, completing minutes to the meeting that accurately reflect the content of the discussion at those meetings.
  • Conducts regular emergency drills and participates in the promotion of safety in the day program.
  • Assists participants/families/guardians/staff by providing referrals and resources to ensure continuation/restoration of funding.
