Roles And Responsibilities

  • In my Supervisory roles, I have been responsible for interviewing applicants as well as scheduling pre-screening medical appointments for potential team members for our region, while simultaneously working as the Human Resources Coordinator for team members.
  • This role included orientation, and introducing our companies’ policies and procedures for our day to day operations.
  • Project Management has been another large part of my responsibilities; ensuring timely completion, adherence to state, local, and federal guidelines, compliance with TJC and other AHJ, and QA/QC of completed work to ensure work meets our high levels of detail.
  • I have also been directly responsible for preparing the facility for HR Audits, and for inspections from the The Joint Commission.

Leadership Experience

  • During the Covid-19 pandemic, I relocated 8 previously furloughed team members in a new facility to prevent layoffs.
  • Lead Weekly Huddles and Monthly Safety Meetings to our roster of 300+ team members, and provide training and guidance during changes to employee benefits and Standard Operating Procedures.
