As a supervisor with CPS/FBSS my duties included to oversee 6 employees (social workers), ensure that all the families we work with are safe, testify as needed in court, complete monthly conferences with my caseworkers to give direction on caseloads, read caseloads, assign cases to workers, complete family group conferences with families and DFPS personnel, write and correct affidavits of removal and court order services for clients, attend job fairs and speak to the public about DFPS positions, complete home visits with my workers and families as needed, communicate with stakeholders within the community,
