In August of 2018 as an order-all specialist which required obtaining documents from clients and companies such as verification of employment, insurance and basic file set up for processing. Later trained as a closing department specialist processing loan closing packages, ordering loan closing packages and reviewing the signed documents while also filing them away. In 2023 I trained as a loan processor, appraisal reviewer and had partial underwriting training. I also covered the front desk directing calls when needed and assisting customers as they came into the office. The main job position prior to leaving the company was to review, order and handle any appraisal related tasks.
