Without question this has been the most rewarding position in my 30 year service industry work history. Working closely with special needs adults has greatly fine tuned my soft skills as well. I enjoy approaching challenges with a growth mindset.
I am very happy at my current job. However, the company I currently work for does not provide retirement/401(k).
