I started as a crew member and worked my way up to shift leader then promoted to AST Manager and then shortly after was given the store managers position for Tracey Donuts LLC in Storrs, CT. My Goals as store manager was to do my best with excelling in customer service and upsale products which hopefully would lead to high sales along with problem-solving when and if they arised. Enhanced customer satisfaction through effective conflict resolution and improved service protocols, leading to significant increases in customer loyalty. Skilled in multitasking and organization, I foster high-performing teams and optimize store operations for maximum profitability.
