Responsible for the oversight and management of Human Resource functions within the organization. Oversee, develop and mentor HR team members. Serve as lead in Leave of Absence, FMLA and ADA administration. Guide leadership in employee performance concerns and lead disciplinary actions. Partner with senior HR leadership on policy management, process improvement and HR initiatives within the HR team and organization. Evaluate performance of team members: coach, mentor and develop skills to better align the HR strategy while consistently meeting employee needs.

Provide local and direct support in employee lifecycle actions for our Appleton location totaling 500+ employees. Duties include managing onboarding of employees and temporary workers; I9, new hire paperwork, compliance paperwork and new hire orientation. Partnering with senior HR leaders to communicate company standards and serve as a point-of-contact to all employees for HR related inquiries. Serve as an advocate for employee while monitoring engagement and job satisfaction. Assist in FMLA/ADA and Leave of Absence administration. Facilitate the delivery of HR services by establishing and maintaining positive relationships with teams and leadership across organization.

Onsite Human Resources representative responsible for all personnel duties and serve as compliance and employee training coordinator. Partner with club management to plan and lead all training programs for staff development, including required and desired learning opportunities; while also identifying knowledge gaps and training needs. Coordination of full cycle recruiting; application to job offer. Responsible for all onboarding activities including new hire paperwork and new hire orientation. Administration of FMLA and leave of absences for onsite employees and serve as training lead for fellow Personnel and Training Managers in region/state. Manage information sessions on benefit enrollments and conduct yearly open enrollment. Complete weekly hour review for budget forecasting and complete bi-weekly payroll.
