rules and regulations, hazardous materials, proper handling of chemicals, etc. in my employment at Walmart and Prairie Industries.


I enjoyed 26 Years in Law Enforcement, developing leadership skills, creating training programs and hiring and retaining new police recruits, Patrol Lieutenant at Prairie du Chien Police Department for 8 years, 2nd largest department in SW Wisconsin.


I was responsible for the supervision of over 20 officers, plus added patrol duties, also implementing bike patrol in 2001, implementing safety programs and bike helmet give away activities, field training officer of new recruits, developing training guides for new hires, effective leader in arrests of intoxicated drivers, accident investigation, death investigations, active in public speaking at schools involving drunk driving awareness (Fatal Vision Goggles) and other school liason activities. I have had a very successful career, and after leaving law enforcement I have had the pleasure of working for several companies with the same successes.
