Hello, my name is Erick. I am 24 years old and have been tech savvy since the first iPhone. I am currently looking for a role in Amazon where I can help and learn in any way possible with IT equipment, troubleshooting and all around technical support. My main skills are strong communication skills, observing/reporting, AAA, CIA, and time management. When it comes to how I would fit this role, I firmly believe that strong communication within a team helps push objectives and further improve day to day tasks. Time management is also a strong skill I have, when something must be done, it must be done accordingly and wisely.
