I am expected to complete a variety of duties behind the bar, the duties being; serving alcoholic beverages to customers after properly checking their identification, keeping the peace between individuals and making sure no altercations escalate, assuring no customer is over served, staying positive to set a good tone, and trying my best to prevent customers from engaging in illegal activity such as driving while intoxicated or using illegal substances. There are quite a few tedious duties I must complete as well, cleaning and making sure there is no missing cash after counting the drawer at the end of the night are examples of those duties.
