• Directs daily organizational needs including staffing, transportation, and equipment.
• Boosts organization and revenue by developing standard operating procedures for product quality and efficiency.
• Builds positive relationships with customers resulting in return clientele.
• Prioritizes safety by upholding industry standard Emergency Action Plans and seeking continuing education.
• Leads hiring for all essential outside operations positions, Fishing Guides, Rafting Guides, CDL Drivers, Operations Support.
