Building Level:

  • Planned and led professional learning around topics such as: RTI, PLCs, Science of Reading, Building Thinking Classrooms, Marzano's 9 Instructional Strategies, iReady, Open Court, Data Protocols, etc.
  • Worked with teachers in formal coaching cycles. The focus was on creating a cycle goal, measurable learning targets, planning and co-teaching together, then analyzing assessment results to adjust and inform next steps for instruction.
  • Facilitate weekly grade level PLCs. Created agenda template and reflection tools for teams to use.
  • Lead data chats three times per year after benchmark assessments (NWEA, Acadience Math/Reading probes, iReady Diagnostic).
  • Facilitate progress monitoring data conversations every 6-8 weeks.
  • ELL Coordinator- Facilitate writing ELL plans and administer the KELPA and screener assessments.
  • Building Testing Coordinator: Create testing schedule for benchmark and state assessments.
  • Collaborate with administrator, teacher(s), and school psychologist during student intervention team meetings.
  • Lead the building's monthly assembly team. Set-up and run the assemblies with a team of teachers.
