Olives garden has very small sections but there is a lot to do. It has taught me to memorize everything to start off tables and plan out best ways to save time grabbing items but also to remain calm.

Applebees is a fun environment to work at, they have an open bar, I learn a lot about alcohol knowledge and drinks. I tended to always have 2 sections working here up to 20 tables if it was needed. I learned to work in a fast and busy environment, we closed late having a long shift was never a problem for me.

I was a team member working here, I would make sandwiches, packing orders and insure all the food, drinks, etc was made how guest requested.

Brannon manor was a lovely restaurant, one of my first restaurants, it taught me how to serve, make friends with customers and overall how a restaurant works.
