- Representing the General Manager in selected meetings to communicate our goals and strategies.
- Assisting passengers with TSA procedures and guiding them to their gates, as well as supporting deplaning processes.
- Conducting daily briefings with Supervisors and Agents to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Managing and supporting Oversized Baggage Handling and Wheelchair Recovery efforts across two contracts to enhance service delivery.
- Dispatching gate assignments to PSAs, Supervisors, and Ecart drivers using AVTech, ensuring efficient operations.
- Actively participating in daily business partner briefings to foster collaboration and partnership.
- Completing investigations and reports for employee injuries to maintain safety standards.
- Monitoring attendance for Agents and Supervisors daily to ensure adherence to assigned schedules.
- Communicating effectively with Prospects and Southwest staff through face-to-face interactions, radio transmissions, and phone calls.
- Overseeing daily startup operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Assisting with customer complaints to enhance passenger satisfaction.
- Ensuring adequate coverage for both planned ad-hoc SSRs to meet operational demands.
