I am a motivated and dependable professional with strong administrative and customer service skills, known for being punctual, hardworking, and eager to help wherever needed. I bring a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine desire to support both customers and teammates. I am excited to join a team where I can contribute, continue to learn, and grow professionally while pursuing an Bachelors Degree in Nursing, expected graduation June 2029.
Exceptional customer service is required at a legacy establishment such as Cappy's on Broadway and I am proud to have made the team and continue to ensure that every guest feels valued, appreciated and receives exceptional customer service. As a server I manage multiple tables efficiently, adapting to each tables' expectations and personalities. I learned to resolve customer concerns promptly, and I developed relationships that turned into regular customers requesting my station.
I assisted my team during "Tax Season" in all aspects including but not limited to customer service, electronic filing, data entry, customer emails, etc. “Tax Season” is an intense, energized time for all public accounting firms and requires a positive attitude, energetic and professional teamwork, continual customer service, and a focused eye on a successful deadline day. I am very complimented to have been given an open invitation to return for the next deadline, should I be available.
What a thrill and honor to be there when someone is ready to make a change for the better! And trusts ME in that journey! No better feeling in the world than to encourage, train, coach, and befriend someone as they put in the sweat and tears and grow into the best version of themselves. I started off as one of the first personal trainers on staff and ended up as Head Personal Trainer. My membership sales continued to meet corporate goals and my clientele grew at an impressive rate. I loved this job, however new management came in and I went from an employee to a 1099 contractor, and that was a big factor in my leaving.
My first taste at "Tax Season" working with my Grandmother's bookkeeping business. I learned how to greet customers, data entry, create invoices, document management, handle very confidential documents, and efile tax returns. This was a part-time job during my high school years.
