  • Created a net-new manufacturing Amazon job role with close partnership from the Kuiper Manufacturing and Amazon Robotics organizations. This effort included defining role expectations, setting a compensation strategy and creating the communication plan for the rollout.

  • Hired and developed an HR Professional (1 HC) that was focused on front line employee support for the manufacturing organization.
