Provided peritoneal dialysis instruction, education, and treatment management. Monitored anemia, metabolic disorders, fluid balance, and immunization status. Administered intravenous iron therapy, yearly vaccinations, and provided catheter care.

In-hospital hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatment for patients diagnosed with acute and chronic renal failure. Collaborated with Nephrologists and hospital staff while implementing appropriate interventions to assure positive patient outcomes. Continuous monitoring for metabolic changes, nutritional deficiencies, and infection.
