Including but not limited to providing educational and knowledgeable answers to policy coverage questions, processing coverage changes and updates, policy renewals and non-renewals, carrier underwriting memos, document updates, proof of repairs, mortgagee clause updates, proof of coverage requests, verifying and updating property occupancy, processing billing and payment requests.

Building and maintaining relationships with advertising clients to bring and keep their advertising accounts current via inbound and outbound calls and email correspondence.

Investigating and reconciling billing and payment discrepancies. Negotiating and processing payment arrangements on past and future invoicing.

Contacting and building relationships with customers to provide cruise and resort vacation packages that consistently match and exceed vacation interests, desires, and budget of the client.

Providing cable, internet, and phone services to new and existing customers. Building value by matching services to customer's needs, usage, and budget. Retaining and upgrading existing customers.
