I started in the company in December 2013, in the production area, I learned to operate machinery, decoration, read and follow up on recipes, two years later I was promoted to production leader, in approximately 2015. Having the ability to assemble lines and know the processes of the products. As well as learning the capacities of each employee to be able to assign them their work areas I was tasked in training new employees.

In 2019-2021 I worked in the QA area because I wanted to learn more about this type of work environment. I learned how to work with metal detectors, do temperature/quality checks, take measurements, check equipment and do ATP swabs. QA was a very interesting area.

At the beginning of 2022 I returned to the job of production leader because I needed the afternoon schedule and they gave me the opportunity to return due to my knowledge and abilities.

To this day I train new employees and leads. With my experience I have continued to demonstrate my capabilities in teaching others how to meet and set expectations.
