I am an 18‑year‑old honors student graduating at the top of my class, and I will also be earning an associate’s degree in criminal justice at the same time. My academic success comes from a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized under pressure — qualities that apply directly to inventory accuracy, labeling, order preparation, and parts handling.
My older sister, Stephanie Jensen, is the Parts Operations Supervisor and someone I’ve admired my entire life. Watching her succeed in this field is what made me want to pursue a career in parts operations. I want to be very clear that I’m not looking for special treatment or expecting opportunities I haven’t earned — I’m asking for the chance to work hard and prove myself just like anyone else.
If anything, having a family member here makes me more motivated to give 100%, because my performance reflects on someone I deeply respect. At most jobs, if you leave or don’t give your best, the consequences end when you walk away. Here, it matters on a deeper level. I want to do my best not just for myself, but because I don’t ever want to let her down. That drives me to show up every day ready to work, learn, and exceed expectations.
I am fully prepared for the physical and detail‑oriented demands of the Parts Puller position — including accuracy with letters and numbers, climbing stairs repeatedly, and lifting 60–70 pounds. I may only weigh around 80 pounds myself, but I’ve spent my whole life proving that strength isn’t based on size. People tend to underestimate me, and I always enjoy showing them just how strong, capable, and determined I actually am. I plan to surprise your team with how much I can handle and how consistently I work. My coursework and work habits have trained me to handle detailed, repetitive, and high‑accuracy tasks without losing focus.
I’m eager to begin my career in a fast‑paced parts environment, learn from experienced team members, and contribute to the high standards Phil Long Ford is known for. Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to the opportunity to prove myself through my work ethic, reliability, and commitment to excellence.
