South Station Amtrak Crew Quarters Renovation Project
Managed the renovation of 3,305 sq. ft. of space at Boston’s South Station, overseeing project schedule, budget, and invoicing.
Led project team in executing selective alterations and improvements to enhance functionality and safety for Amtrak’s Crew Base.
Coordinated design implementation in alignment with MBTA standards and policies, ensuring all safety, environmental, and accessibility requirements were met.
Boston Southampton Yard – Amtrak Police Department Facility Upgrade
Oversaw the preliminary work and design for a new pre-engineered metal building for the Amtrak Police Department at Southampton Yard.
Managed project scope, schedule, budget, and coordinated with external stakeholders including utility companies and local agencies.
USACE Workplace Engagement
Led the development of space requirements and technical specifications for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ New England District Headquarters.
Successfully coordinated design documents for the relocation project, ensuring adherence to client needs and federal regulations.
Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) A/E Services
Coordinated accessibility and station improvements for MBTA locations including Wellington, Mass Ave, and Jackson Square stations, enhancing vertical access and compliance with state-of-good-repair standards.
Assisted in the management of design teams, ensuring that all project phases adhered to MBTA’s guidelines for safety, service, and sustainability.
MBTA Park Street Station Wayfinding Improvements
Supported the design and implementation of upgraded wayfinding signage and other architectural improvements at Park Street Station.
Worked closely with MBTA to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements, station brightening, and user-friendly navigation.
Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority - Automated Fare Collection (AFC) System
Contributed to the design and implementation of the MBTA’s new AFC system, improving travel experience across the region.
Played a key role in preparing proposal documents and managing coordination with third-party vendors and consultants.
