Catering Director
35 Years 8 Months- Coordinated community events to engage local participants. worked with outside vendors and created coordinated Itineraries for each group, such as each group handeling smaller outbreaks at a Bar Mitzvah. Oversaw meetings and kept my vow of confidentiality for Top secret events, including the GM if asked so by the client and a confidentiality agreement and a group attorneys swayed my decision of what I was allowed to say to my Seniors. While this seemed unethical the first time we were highly recommended and were known for our discrepancy. As soon as the event was securely in our Hands, The GM was brought in and he signed his own NDA.

Substitute Teacher - High School
7 Months- I first started teaching as a Math and science at a migrant teacher when only one person could say anything other "Bone is deeoo". I was tormented. My only regret was not taking Spanish in school. I got the last laugh, However the the last week when a student was swearing and I slammed a red card on his desk and asked, "¿Vas a casa y besas las mejillas de tu abuela con esa boca?"
