• Managed the bidding process including bid package creation, bid tracking, & bid leveling.

• Worked with field team & client to create ETOP table of contents and executed the completion of the ETOP.

Project: Moderna - Commercial INT

• Design project for 150,000 Sqft Plasmid facility consisting of labs, warehouse space, office space, and manufacturing suites.
• Managed the submittal & RFI process, acting as the contact between construction & design. Responsibilities included creation and maintaining of RFI & submittal logs, running submittal/RFI meeting with engineering team, and coordination with construction team and design team.

Project: Resilience - Project Maverick

• Assisted in the cost control of $163MM project by creating change events & commitment change orders, with the project ending in 950+ Change Events and 415+ Commitment COs

Project: Affinivax - 301 Binney Street Renovation

(July 2021 - Mar. 2023)

• 4-phase $25MM design-build project renovating the 2nd floor of Binney Street to create QC labs, warehouse space, office space, and manufacturing suites.
• Assisted in the bidding process including bid package creation, bid tracking, & bid leveling.
• Managed the submittal & RFI process, reporting to
