• Worked independently on my hypothesis about what type of motivation could best predict procrastination in undergraduate populations

• Used SPSS for statistical analysis

Creation of measures of psychological courage and mental well-being to predict openness to mental health help

• Created two original scales for mental well-being and psychological courage
• Thorough literature review on the topics
• Measures that were created were found to be reliable
