• Counseled prospects and policyholders on coverage, limits, and regulations.
• Remained current on latest industry trends by gaining comprehensive knowledge of financial and insurance products, services, and best practices.
• Competed at the branch level for Rookie of the year.

• Trained new staff members on policies, procedures and protocols related to working with juvenile offenders.
• Monitored conduct of prisoners in housing unit or during work or recreational activities to prevent escape or violence.
• Implemented defensive tactics and physical restraints to maintain safety and security of facility.
• Responded promptly to emergency situations involving juveniles by taking appropriate actions based on established protocols.
• Inspected locks, window bars, doors, and security systems to support escape prevention.
• Was TOP nominee for joining state wide S.O.R.T
• Collaborated with other members of the correctional team including psychologists, psychiatrists, teachers and probation officers to provide comprehensive services to inmates.

Simply put, after doing a great job and staying longer than I should have due to being promised a management position, I was hoodwinked and duped and left shortly after realizing I would soon have nothing important to put on a resume besides the following core skills and values:

• Persisted through hardship
• Showed up on time always
• Lead a team that was constantly changing and in disarray
• Was counted upon to do managerial THINGS withOUT the pay
• Conducted a high-intensity drill line throughout high-volume rushes and holidays.
• Always remained optimistic and was generally positive
• Communicated through multiple levels of upper management disagreement and disastifcation with respect and dignity
• Volunteered even still for extra duties such as a part of the legendary, no-sleep truck team that reported 5am every Thursday night to unload inventory.

• Maintained order and cleanliness of work areas to conform with health codes.
• Utilized point-of-sale systems for taking orders from customers.
• Acquired new skills to support team and further accommodate customer needs.

I worked here twice, also in 2016-2018 (first job in Topeka as a highschooler) but omitted the second entry for simplicity

• Utilized coffee maker, espresso machine, French press to prepare coffee.
• Monitored and adjusted inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure availability of popular items.
• Supported highest standards of conduct and service to support company reputation.

This section I have labeled such due to the extraneous nature of trying to keep a clear record of all the things I did post-graduation in May of 2018.

• Worked for minimum wage at a Non-profit doing all SORTS of stuff for the community (forklift warehouse work/delivery of furniture/hosting holiday events and charities) in preparation for a three-month missionary stint in France for 6 months. (July 2018-December 2018)
• Upon returning home, rejoined the restraunt work-force at a couple blase establishments before settling upon a RA position with a local ministry in support of college evangelism and camp counseling of youth of all ages. (July 2019-July 2021) *ask me about Doxazo and XA!*
• In sum total, the time frame between December 2018 (shortly after graduating) and February 2021 (starting at Cracker Barrel) was largely varied and devoid of no substantial work experience, excluding ministry and simply getting by on my own away from home.

My title is honorary and an inside joke between my boss and me, as that's what he liked to "call me" to the clients. I worked part-time during my summers at a shotgun range in Texas, visiting my dad. I did literally everything that guy asked because it was great fun for a thirteen-year-old to run around on a 2 by 2 Kawasaki Mule, thinking he owned the place and getting to do everything from mow 40+ acres of Texas wildlife preserve to shooting rattlesnakes with a 410. Got some lessons in too.
