The Manager Designate position is for someone working towards becoming a General Manager. The Manager Designate works under the General Manager to help develop the strengths to become a General Manager. The Manager Designate is responsible for shift management, following all company policies, upholding compliance with state and local laws along with upholding ethical business practices. The Manager Designate can execute this through being a team-oriented person, ability to take lead, making good quality decisions and instilling pride and accountability in those around them.
