Did Payroll for the Tribe of 500 * employees bi-weekly. Set up grid sheets with hours to balance after I entered hours into the Payroll Process. Sent ACH files for the Direct Deposits, ran vendor checks, called in Payroll taxes. Worked during covid by myself and ran a seperate payroll for the Covid employees in 2020 of over 200 employees along with the regular bi-weekly payroll. Worked and sent the Qurterly 941 and Unemployment taxes. Supervised 2 employees. Kept the cuff account for the Payroll Department along with the ordering of Supplies and check blanks for Payroll. Ran W-2s yearly as well as helped the Assistant Tribal Treasurer with the Council Pay as needed.

Kept files for all these transactions for audits, as well as prepare for yearly audits.
