As of now I am a second-year college student at Dallas College, I have gained valuable experience in both technical support and customer service roles. During my time at Girma Trading and Co in Addis Ababa from November 2021 to August 2022, I honed my skills as a Help Desk Analyst. In this position, I provided technical assistance to customers through phone and email communication channels. I excelled in identifying customer needs and delivering effective solutions promptly, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clientele. Additionally, I was entrusted with managing and organizing both physical and electronic documents, showcasing my attention to detail and organizational abilities.
