During my time at the Starbucks Kiosk (January 2024 to present) I have become familiar with working most shifts. However, I primarily closed 4-5 nights a week. After 6pm I would be working alone until 8:30. This required me to quickly become comfortable multitasking, as to continue to elevate the customer experience whilst keeping the kisok orderly. On the otherhand, this taught me how truly important teamwork is. Without the collaboration and effective communication between my coworkers and I, things would not run smoothly. I'm truly grateful to have had the chance to work in team and I would be so honored to have the opportunity to do the same with your company. I have become so accustomed to customer service that its positively affected my personal and daily life. One of my favorite parts about being a barista is building connections with regular customers. Memorizing their orders and trying my best to make their days just a little more bright also makes my day.
