Sous Chef in the sushi portion of the kitchen. Made the sushi or the customers, and plated it to ensure the best presentation for the customers. I prepped the food products for the following days and was in charge of monitoring our inventory and consulting with my boss if a new shipment was needed.

Worked as a waiter and busboy. As a waiter, I served customers and ensured their experience in the restaurant was the best it could possibly be. As a busboy, I cleaned and prepared the restaurant for the following day.
