My overall experience includes currently as a Mortgage Loan Officer Originator I am also a full time Allstate staff property adjuster. As a loan officer I review loan applications, advise and place risks. My overall experience includes but is not limited to being a Mortgage Loan Officer and a former Insurance Agent. I have seventeen years of financial lending and nineteen years of Insurance sales and property adjusting related experience. I am adept at planning and working with clients for long periods of time and through multiple transactions. I am committed to keeping positive relationships with clients and financial contacts. Mathematically adept with well developed customer service skillsets. Loan originator and property adjuster with seventeen years of experience in residential real estate loans. Nineteen total years in personal lines Insurance products and property adjusting for multiple insurance carriers . I am licensed in nine individual states currently as an Mortgage Loan Originator as my official title. I can be found on the NMLS website as MLO#20844. Responsible for managing the entire loan progress throughout and producing loan applications from multiple lead sourcing. Multiple software loan origination programs are used in my industry. Currently responsible for claim file handing, coverage decisions and property inspections for Allstate Insurance Property Dept. Licensed in 7 states as an adjuster. I meet clients face to face and on the phone in that process. I have access to office space and hardware. I am results driven, experienced and knowledgeable about an extensive range of loan products and property adjusting questions. I have a solid work ethic and am reliable. Over the years I have developed an exceptional skill set handling people on the phone in particular. My current client base includes a wide cross section of the public including the affluent and difficult to place risks. I am seeking additional opportunities to add to existing endeavors.
