• I service all the HVACR equipment in the hospital including high and low pressure steam boilers , pneumatic control systems in the hospital, sterilizer equipment , air handlers, chillers, reach in coolers and freezers as well as water pumps for chiller
• Routinely work on VRV equipment , daikin certified service tech, LG install certified
• Install new equipment and explained operation and routine maintenance protocols to customers.

• As the lead technician I ran or oversaw all the service calls in the company
• Duties included drawing up installation plans for residential repair and replacement jobs
• Scheduled with customers and fabrication shops to get jobs planned and handled payment and billing
• On top of that I ran small new construction installation jobs when our instal team was over booked or behind schedule
• The duties included following blueprints for duct installation and making sure the entire duct job passed code inspections as well as sourcing materials and ensuring all materials were present on job site
• Ensured compliance with industry safety standards through rigorous inspection and testing protocols, maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.
• Tracked equipment and inventory, maintaining prescribed levels for technical equipment and supplies.

Bdry systems is a waterproofing and foundation repair company. I started as a laborer and quickly moved up to foreman after learning the trade.

As a laborer I was tasked with jackhammering floors and footers, trenching basements and digging sump pits.

As a foreman I was tasked with ensuring the initial blueprints from engineering were accurate and practical. The company used an engineering firm in Indiana so they could only produce plans based on photos from salesman this meant we had to verify the accuracy on day one of the job

Then as a foreman we were tasked with running the entire job start to finish and ensuring we didn’t go over budget or schedule in each job

Further we had to ensure the job site was exceptionally cleaning considering the very invasive nature of work in that industry

That includes making sure all hvac systems in basements were wrapped and turned off during concrete hammering , laying walking rugs throughout any exit and entrance ways to people’s homes and ensuring customers felt they could correspond with us about the work and voice concerns or opinions
