• Ensure that the Calzones are built according to customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean work environment by:

1) Washing and sweeping floors regularly

2) Washing, drying and putting away dishes

3) Cleaning the calzone station to the expected sanitary standards.

4) Taking out the trash
