Eve Henry

Enthusiastic and driven, I am excited to challenge myself spiritually, academically, and socially as an incoming freshman in the 2024-2025 school year. As a natural born leader, my goal is to unite people together and create deep connections with my peers and teachers.

• Bellevue Christian Girls Varsity Basketball (2020-2024). Team Captain, (2022-2024), League Champions, District Champions, Washington State Tournament Qualifier (2023), Second Team All-League Player (2023 and 2024), Sportsmanship Award Winner at District Championships (2023), Voted 'Most Inspirational' By Team (2023 and 2024).
• Bellevue Christian Girls Basketball Camp Counselor (2023-2024). Led elementary and middle school students during basketball camps.
• Bellevue Christian Girls Varsity Cross Country (2021). First Team All-League, Washington State Race Qualifier
• Bellevue Christian School Senate (2020-2022). Encouraged students to participate in school events, led activities including Bible studies and served the immediate community.
• Bellevue Christian Department Award Recipient (2021 - 2023). AP World History, Bible, AP United States History. Award given to students who demonstrate knowledge and achievement in the discipline and who are prepared, curious, and creative in their approach to the subject as well as supportive and encouraging of teachers and peers.
• National Honor Society (2021-2024). Uphold a 3.5 GPA and complete 25 service hours per semester.

• Rest Stop (2020-2024). Volunteered once a month caring for children with special needs in a safe and fun environment while giving their parents a night of respite.
• Young Life Youth Group (2020-Present). Participated in area Young Life Youth Group meeting monthly and volunteering at community events.
• Recycle Project (2022-2023). Partnered with local flower business to recycle business waste.
• Barista, Woods Coffee Company (2022-2024). Worked 15 hours per week during the summer and school year (except basketball season). Bar trained/supervisor and recognized for my warm personality and customer service. Responsibilities included opening and closing, espresso machine operation, Menu memorization, coffee expertise, cash handling.
