Evelyn Romero

I worked as a Special Education Teacher Assistant for Allen Independent School District for 27 years. I acquired experience and a Paraprofessioal certification. I participated in professional development opportunities, staying current on best practices for special education instruction. I performed teacher aide duties as instructed by the teacher in the classroom. I observed students behavior and monitored their work progress. I provided a well organized and functioning class environment in which students could take full advantage of the instructional curriculum. I have the proficiency to work and communicate effectively with teachers, staff and children.
