I worked in the Preschool area on Wednesdays and Fridays to provide childcare for adult Bible study classes and Parent's Night Out. My responsibilities included:

• Enforcing rules and managing behavior through appropriate discipline and positive reinforcement.
• Leading age-appropriate Gospel-centered stories and crafts to engage children.
• Dispensing snacks to children following nutritional guidelines and allergy warnings.
• Connecting with parents and guardians to discuss the child's progress.
• Assisting in potty training and toilet hygiene.

• Solved customer challenges by offering relevant products and services.
• Prepared merchandise for the sales floor by pricing or tagging.
• Maintained a calm demeanor and professionally managed issues in busy, high-stress situations.
• Answered customer questions about sizing, accessories, and merchandise care.
• Organized racks and shelves to maintain store visual appeal, engaged customers, and promoted specific merchandise.
• Managed returns, exchanges, and refunds following store policy.

• Oversaw students in the classroom and common areas to monitor, enforce rules, and support the lead teacher.
• Assisted lead teacher with lesson plan creation and materials development.
• Worked with lead teacher to monitor class schedule and take attendance.
• Graded assignments and reported individual progress to the lead teacher.
• Reviewed lesson material with students individually or in small groups.

I lived in Wales for 7 months as a Missional Links Wales Intern. I worked there with the Missional Link Wales team to support and serve alongside the local pastors, volunteers, and teachers. Our goal was to support and serve alongside the local church to share the Gospel with and disciple the local community. My job there entailed:

• Supporting and serving with short-term mission teams.
• Supporting and leading the local Christian youth and kids clubs.
• Planning and running events.
• Preparing and delivering lessons for the local kids and youth clubs.
• Planning and Leading Games and activities for youth and kids clubs.
• Serving in the kitchen and helping to tear down and set up for various events.
• Helping choose curriculums for student groups.
• Leading student Bible studies on Sunday mornings.
• Serving on the worship team.
• Planning and teaching Christ-centered presentations to school kids with the help of local churches and schools.
• Teaching religious classes for many of the local schools.
• Attending and participating in leadership meetings within my placement church.
• Helping with my placement church's family ministries and events
• Individually mentoring selected students on a weekly basis.
• Being actively involved in the local university's Christian club.
• Plugging into one of the church's house groups and leading it on occasion.
• Meeting with a mentor of my own.
• Receiving teaching and completing my coursework delivered by Caleb 14:24 ministries.
