I started out working as a drop shipper, which helped me understand, as an operations manager, where to address issues and how to improve efficiency.

I shadowed onsite at the Skyline Festival in Molina Park during build week. This experience gave me insight on all departments relating to operating and establishing the blue prints to actualize and complete the festival before guests arrive. In particular, operations was the highlight of my experience where I shadowed the Manager and learned through her how to make meticulous decisions and to communicate effectively with each department ensuring a smooth process and outcome of the festival, especially when outliers make their way into the equation. I want to further understand and develop my skills at operations for these upcoming festivals. I have the ability to adapt and think quickly towards unforeseen circumstances that may occur during this position.
