• - when i sat people , i also fill their water. Asked do they need any bread? Would you guys care for anything other than water? Then their Server caters to them. Meanwhile each meal or appetizer that comes up i bus empty plates so when their next plate comes up its clear, refill their water, constantly make bread/sauces, do glasses, silverware, change buckets, bust tables, and still greet customers, light candles.

• - this is the position i really want . I've been training with samba for past few weeks...doing doubles. They told me it would take a year, and a half. I've been with them that long. It didn't seem fair im doing most of the workload. It would take that long for something thats so simple.
