Tea brewing involves crafting tea by the pot while carefully managing individual steeping times, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring cleanliness standards. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, folding silverware, bussing tables, and dishes.

I began as a hostess before transitioning to a food runner role a few months after starting. On occasion, I stepped in as a cook when needed. Through demonstrated adaptability and commitment, I was promoted to my current position as Tea Brewer.

Worked as a cashier for 15 months, excelling in promptly addressing customer needs, accurate cash handling, and efficient restocking. This role required memorizing an extensive collection of rocks and minerals to assist gem miners in identifying their finds.
