  • Manage all contract and commercial (license & permit) bond requests for bond department, which includes executing the bond forms and preparing the bonds for pickup or mail.
  • Submit credit, non-standard and standard accounts for underwriting review to help establish surety programs. This includes data collection, financial analysis and matchmaking our client with the ideal market, the goal being a long-term relationship between the surety and the client.
  • Manage all commercial (license & permit) bond renewals for $80K revolving house book of business.
  • Review department A/R report on a weekly basis and send payment inquiries to clients, as needed.
  • Manage internal service procedures which includes recordkeeping and implementing new software to improve efficiency.
  • Attend client, CPA and surety representative meetings, as required.

I was one out of four employees at Tedford Insurance to win the Max Performer Award. The other three individuals who won, have over 15 years of tenure at Tedford Insurance whereas I only had 2 at the time I received the award, which made receiving this award such an honor. The four badges I received were Culture, Productivity, Perpetuality, and Community.
