I work on a step down floor with Telly.

We get anyone from icu patients to Walkie talkies and everything in between.

I have also had time in our icu as a sitter and a constant observer.

I have also been pulled to our emergency room to work the floor.

I work at a 40 bed unit with critical ill children. We have a range of different medical needs from traches and vents to tpn and central lines.

I have experienced with children from newborn to 21 year olds.

• Reported any changes in the patient's condition to the nurse on duty.
• Monitored vital signs, such as pulse rate, respiration and temperature.
• 
  
• Answered call lights promptly and responded to requests for assistance from patients or family members.
• Rendered hands-on nursing care under direct RN supervision, adhering to medical center policies and procedures.

• Reported any changes in the patient's condition to the nurse on duty.
• Followed infection control policies while performing job duties.
• Provided basic patient care, including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Assisted residents with bathing and dressing to promote personal hygiene.
• Looked for physical, emotional, and symptomatic changes in patient condition and obtained necessary care for medical concerns.

• Taking care of individuals with an intellectual disabilities.
• From getting them through their daily routine and helping with all health needs
• Conducted comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify individual client needs.
