• Monitored patient vital signs, reporting any changes to experienced nursing staff.
• Talking to patients – Getting information about patients’ condition, and their medical history is crucial in a medical environment.

Assisting patients with daily activities – This may include helping patients in bathing, cleaning, getting dressed, shaving, eating, and or moving around the facility. You will also prepare and position them for interventions performed by other nursing staff.

Closely observing the patients – Keep an eye on patients at all times and see how their state progresses after treatment or if there are side effects to the medication they have taken or the intervention they have undergone.

• Obtain menu choices from patients and guests through phone order or patient visitation
• Help patients understand their menu selections and work with nursing to ensure their orders comply with their nutritional requirements or restrictions
• Assist dietitians, such as helping monitor patients who cannot eat food through their mouth, are on liquid diets or have specific calorie count to manage
• Communicate problems or concerns with patients to appropriate personnel in a timely manner, following department procedures
• Kept all kitchen areas clean, tidy and free of hazards.
• Assisted in the preparation of nutritious meals for patients with various medical conditions and dietary restrictions.
