My entrance into the workforce began when I enlisted in the Marine Corps 30 years ago. My military training taught me discipline. This enabled me to effectively manage and prioritize my life to work full time and attend school. Working as a Paralegal for 4 years gave me the experience and insight to draft and negotiate Broker Contracts, Distributor Programs and pinpoint discrepancies. I also acquired the knack for analyzing sales reports for strategic sales call planning to produce results. The last 20 years brought me into the sales arena. Working in various sales positions, I have developed skills in creatively marketing products to combat my competitors and close deals. I build and maintain strong client relationships by frequent and meaningful communications. I make sure I have something valuable to share. I recently re-structured and now manage a sales team that I lead by example. My positive demeanor helps me make and maintain business contacts easily.
