I have been working for Whole Foods Market for the past 9 years where I have been in a few different job roles throughout my time with the company mainly within the Produce Department. Since my start with the company I've learned and sharpened many skills from merchandizing, product knowledge, working as a team, customer service, to leadership skills. My love of Produce comes from my interest in living a plant based diet which I have done for the past 15 years. I am someone who takes pride in their work as well as the people I work with and company I work for.
Most recently I have moved from where I was raised in San Francisco, CA to Sedona, AZ to have a change in my surroundings and get to know what it's like living out side of the Bay Area. I've loved my time at Whole Foods and have seen the company change over the most recent years. This has led me to my search for something new while still staying in a similar industry so I can continue use put my acquired skills and product knowledge to use. Recently a friend and past co worker was hired to your team in LA from her previous job at Sprouts and has been telling me how much she enjoys it. She recommended I apply for the merchandizing position as it seemed like just the new direction I've been wanting to go for!
