Assembled Hydraulic tank, Diesel tank, Nitrogen Accumulators, Pressure/ Return manifolds, Installation of Diesel Cat engine. Fabricate hydraulic hoses to the precise length, and route hoses in an orderly manner.

Inspect all parts for any corrosion, cracks, dents, poor welding, damage. Assemble nozzle assemblies, make sure to use SFIS manual when assembling and use correct hardware. Blade bending nozzle to be in tolerance, using Volume displacement gauge. Measuring tools- Depth gauge, Micrometer head, vernier caliper, Digital caliper, feeler gauge, volume displacement gauge. When completed the assembled nozzle must be inspected to make sure bolts have been torqued , lock tabs /retainer were bent. Close out and put away the nozzle on BAAN/SFIS.
