Credentialed Acohol and substance abuse Counselor. Specializing in M.I.C.A and CA.M.I. These are clients who suffer from Dual Diagnosis Mental health and substance abuse. I started Internship at an adult residential facility. However I was background checked and able to tranfer to working with adolescents. Wards of the State of New York it was demanding but ultimately very rewarding. I was promoted to Recreational Aide from Clinical then promoted again to Activities Director. after several years. I had medical reasons and resigned.
