● Serve as the on-site extension of Human Resources, supporting contingent employees and acting as the primary liaison between BMW leadership, employees, and staffing management.
● Manage daily onsite operations, including employee check-ins, attendance tracking, call-offs, and workforce coverage to ensure production staffing needs are met.
● Maintain strong partnerships with BMW supervisors and managers by providing staffing updates, resolving employee concerns, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
● Coach and counsel employees on attendance, performance, workplace expectations, and company policies while administering disciplinary actions when necessary.
● Process payroll inquiries, attendance issues, employee disputes, and HR-related concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
● Conduct onboarding, orientation, badge coordination, and compliance documentation for new hires while ensuring adherence to company policies and employment regulations.
● Document employee activity, attendance, and workforce data using CRM and HR systems to maintain accurate records.
● Partner with client leadership to address workforce challenges, improve employee retention, and support production goals.
● Participate in operational meetings to anticipate staffing needs and implement effective workforce solutions.
