- Having to work for Redcon Solutions it was imperative to go through an intense security clearance background check and meet all the federal standards requirements which I have done since the year 2017 when I first started with the company Redcon Solutions and worked many different sites under many different conditions and all of which had high-security clearance, as a federal building along with traveling to different areas of the counties in Florida, for reasons that I cannot reveal but I can say that for acts of God like disasters of hurricanes and tornados or because of the active shooter response team for felony acts of crime as shootings within the areas that I had to respond for the damages left behind, I was placed in a position of high responsibility, to monitor the traffic of employees as well as residents who may work or live in the area in which was destroyed by damaging winds, rain, or debris. It also comes to surveilling the properties and working along with the law enforcement agencies that would also be assigned to the area in which the damage occurred.

As an armed officer, I would check the pedestrians at the door entrance for any weapons or any obvious criminal activity, or if anyone is under the influence or may have an odor of alcohol.

To use a monitor that has a 16-frame picture set up, so that I may be able to monitor the interior as well as the exterior of the business, including keeping an eye on the employees in case of retail theft. To also assist in any way possible so that the company or companies may be able to work with no interruptions from outside influences or disturbance…etc. (Medical Cannabis Dispensary).

- Resigned to Security Supervisor Stephanie Levens who made me a supervisor for a short period for Amazon. At that time of my supervising at Amazon, I implemented rules and procedures for all the security officers that were there from the beginning and that were also working for CSC Security first, and the new hires. I also worked with what is called a salamander a device that is used to transmit signals from a sensor that is placed alarms that then would activate the computers and then the computer would send out a signal to the salamander and that is when the officer would act and shut off the alarms on his wrist as he or she proceeds to the alarm or open door. Also making badges, with a badge-making tool, dispersing other keys and badges to new staff members from here and from other states.

- Transitioning from, CSC Security and Investigations LLC., To Allied Security Services, I was here with the fire Marshall and other managers from Amazon, I worked on reporting issues that may come up as a problem and making sure no one entered the facility without proper authorization from their superiors from out of state and the construction workers as well. I monitored every second of the day there at Amazon because the construction and dangerous areas within the constructed areas of the building had restricted areas only those with passes were allowed. The building was not even ready to allow personnel into the establishment. Report Daily Activities, and call supervisors in case of emergencies.

- As an employee of the Budd Group Security, I was hired on as a supervisor for the duration of the contract which was shortly ending that lasted only a few months.
- Verbal and written orders were given to me when it was time to reprimand any officer, when the individual officer was insubordinate or would not follow instructions, I would then call my leading field supervisor and explain what happened.
- The report was ongoing because detailed information needed to be given at all times because of the domestic violence and disturbance that kept occurring there.

- Following the post orders that the resort administered. Patrolled the perimeter of the parking area which was very large and then I was to report any ongoing criminal activity if any. Observed if any of the equipment was not working and I am to pass it down to the next shift. Did fire checks and checked the fire extinguishers since they had to be checked and marked on a ticket that the fire extinguishers would have.

Upon entering into Sumter State prison Academy of Corrections in the year 1990, for the state department I graduated. Then I continued with working within the sheriff's department as a first class correction officer and sheriffs departmental establishment. I then received my D license for unarmed officer and then applied for G arms license which lead me to get my CC intern investigators license and continue to get my MB license managerial business license and then applied for my B Agency license and then my DI instructors license, also having my conceal weapons permit and then my TWIC card for transportation of in mates and wanting to continue to get my K license which it is for instructing how to use a gun but I have not been able to complete it because of life daily issues.
