I have over 15 years of experience running my own food factory in Brazil, managing more than 30 employees un daily bases, specializing in pastry products. In September of last year, I made the decision to sell the company and relocated to the USA with my family. I am excited to transition into a new chapter of my career and bring my expertise in the managing administrative ans sales operation and personnel to a new organization. - Participation in the management of the pastry industry, Qsabor, since its formation, involved in administrative, financial, personnel management, and product development.
- Development of brands and food patents in the gastronomy sector, notably the brands NATURALMENTE, DOGGERIA, TUPIOKA, LEVEMCASA.
- Patents for unique food recipes, notably TAPIPÃO (organic tapioca cheese bread, gluten-free, lactose-free, and rich in fiber) and organic gluten-free, lactose-free
- Establishment of the food e-commerce platform, especially for LEVEMCASA, with the goal of expanding the B2C base for the Qsabor food industry.
- Development of the franchising model for the TAPICARIOCA brand, contributing to business model formatting, supply of inputs for the franchise network, and the creation of an exclusive product menu, notably TAPI PÃO.
