My duties included but were not limited to setting up the bar with ice, garnishes and beverages for the bartenders. During the shift I collected dirty glasses, washed and restocked them.

I monitored the garbage and the restrooms attending to them when needed.

• Replaced empty kegs and soda syrups.
• Learned how to make wide variety of mixed drinks.
• Restocked ice, condiments
• Collected trash, wiped up spills and removed trays to maintain fresh and clean customer areas.
